Payment

As an EU-registered company, all payments are processed in compliance with the highest EU security standards, including Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for your protection. To ensure your privacy, only the name of our parent company will appear on your bank statement, with no mention of the package contents.

Installment payments are available through selected providers (e.g., Klarna) or specific credit cards. In accordance with EU consumer credit legislation, all terms, potential interest rates, or fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. The approval of an installment plan is based on the terms of the payment service provider and your credit eligibility.

As an EU-based company, we do not store your card details on our servers.
To ensure your absolute privacy, we use a discreet billing name. The name of the product or our brand “Intimea Lux” will not appear on your bank statement. Instead, you will see only the name of our parent company, making the transaction completely confidential.
Yes, you can. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout; however, if your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will perform an automatic currency conversion based on their current exchange rate. Please note that your bank may apply a small conversion fee for this service.
For all orders shipped within the European Union, the VAT is already included in the final price, and there are no additional customs duties. If you are ordering from outside the EU, your package may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products cannot be returned if opened or used.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the highest hygiene standards, returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, tested, or have had the protective seal removed are not possible. We only accept returns for unused products in their original, undamaged packaging.
