Delivery times may vary depending on product location and supplier stock.
3.2 In-House Shipping (Slovenia)
Certain products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Slovenia.
3.3 Split Deliveries
If your order includes products from different locations (e.g., one item from Slovenia and another from an EU warehouse), they will be sent in separate packages. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may be delivered at different times at no additional shipping cost to you.

Slovenian Warehouse: 2 – 4 working days

6.4 Outside EU Shipping: Taxes, Duties & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees in their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
IntimeaLux is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
